My goal is to restore clarity, trust, visibility, and momentum without adding another layer of management.

I work with you and the team, as their advocate, to help get your work done.

Sometimes that means:

  • simplifying the shape of the work
  • helping the team build a believable path to done
  • reducing emotional overwhelm
  • exposing hidden blockers early
  • reconnecting people to the bigger picture
  • creating confidence rooted in reality instead of pressure
  • helping the team operate independently without constant intervention

What I don't do

I'm not on board to make demands, deliver threats, enforce deadlines, apply pressure, intimidate, spy, or be in your HR org chart. If you're looking for these things we are probably not a good fit.

Do we match up?

As a fractional leader I can help out for 20-30 hours per month with a monthly retainer. No long term commitments, salary, or company benefits required.
